Baking Tip

When baking a cake, bars etc, and you want to keep the corners and sides
from getting dried out, while baking.. Tear a floursack towel in strips,
wet it with cold water, and wrap it around the pan. Hook it on with
clothespins, and bake!! I have been doing this for years. I use the
same strips over and over until they get all brittle and then just tear
up another one. I wrap a couple layers of the towel .
